2014-15: Ran in a pair of indoor meets and four outdoor events as a junior…finished 15th in the 2-mile run (11:23.66) at Southern Maine on December 6th…was 23rd in the 1500-Meter (4:41.42) at the Spring Break Invitational on March 21st…placed 14th in the 1500-Meter (4:45.24) at Colby College on April 11th…finished 14th and 19th in the 1500-Meter (4:47.56) and 800-Meter (2:17.78), respectively, at the Maine State Outdoor Championship on April 18th.

2013-14: Participated in three indoor and three outdoor meets as a sophomore…opened the season by placing 12th in the 1000-Meter run (2:54.00) at Bates College on January 18th…finished 15th in the 1000 (2:48.45) at Maine State Championship on February 1st…posted a 12th-place finish in the 1500-Meter run (4:36.42) at the Wesleyan University Classic on April 5th.

2012-13: Competed in four indoor events and three outdoor competitions as a freshman…placed eighth with a 5:08.01 effort in the 1 mile run at Bowdoin College on December 8th…posted a personal-best fourth-place finish with a 1:35.70 time in the 600-Meter run at Southern Maine on January 26th…ran the 1000-Meter run in the Maine State Championship on February 2nd and finished 12th (2:58.23)…opened the outdoor season with a 35th-place effort in the 1500-Meter run (4:41.00) at Fitchburg State on April 6th…placed 14th (12:18.45) in the 3000-Meter steeplechase at the Springtime Invitational on April 13th and 21st (4:55.40) in the 1500-Meter run at the Maine State Championship on April 20th. 

High School: Ran cross country and indoor/outdoor track at Reading Memorial High School.
