2018: Raced in all seven events as a freshman continuously finishing third on the team...started the season coming in eighth at the SJC Early Bird (5k) on September 1st with a time of 18:32...a week later at UNE (8k) finished with a time of 28:57 placing 13th...on September 15th at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational (8k) Brooks finished in 158th place with a time of 28:54...at the Maine State Meet invitational (8k) he fished the event with a time of 29:35 coming in 114th on September 29th...raced in the Runnin' Monks Invitational (8k) on October 6th finishing 9th with a time of 29:32 helping the team place third of nine...at the Green Mountain Invitational (8k) with a time of 28:06 he came in fifth out of 64 runners helping the team finish first of seven on October 13th...on the 28th of October at the GNAC Championship (8k) race Brooks finished at 29:23 in 17th place.
