GNAC Academic All-Conference: 2019, 2020

2018-19:  Placed second in the triple jump (8.81m) and fourth in the 200-Meter dash (28.81) at the Thomas College Invitational on April 14th... placed 23rd in the 100-Meter dash (13.99), and 13th in the 200-Meter dash (29.54), and won the 4x100-Meter relay (52.08), placed sixth in the triple jump (9.61m) at the GNAC Championship on April 28th...  to end the season she ran in the record-setting 4x400-Meter relay (4:22.49) placing 23rd overall at the NCAA DIII Outdoor Championship on May 4th.

2017-18: Placed second in the triple jump (8.58m) in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Outdoor Track & Field Championships on April 29th.

High School: Ran four years of Track and Field and Cross Country at Sumner Memorial High school...honor roll and high honors all throughout high school.
