Dan is a product of Bow High School in Bow, New Hampshire where he played for Ben Forbes. Dan was a Class I First Team All-State selection as both a junior and senior. Dan played his summer baseball for the Granite State Big Blue and was the playoff Most Valuable Player as the team finished third in the New England Senior Babe Ruth Tournament.

Dan will attempt to help fill the void left in the Monks middle infield by graduation. Look for this quick and versatile infielder to make an impact in his first year.

Dan is the son of Tim and Elizabeth Achorn of Bow, New Hampshire.
