ORONO, ME - Saint Joseph's placed sixth at the Husson University
Invitational with 664 team strokes in the two-day tournament.
Andy LeConte '09 (York, ME)
posted a 151, capped by a career-low second-round score of 73, to
pace the Monks and finish sixth overall.
Host-school Husson won the tournament with 597 team strokes and
were led by medalist John Ellis, who posted 148 strokes. The Eagles
boasted five of the top eight finishers.
St. Joe's will next play in the NEIGA Championship at the Captains
Golf Course in Brewster, MA on October 20-21.
