STANDISH, ME – Saint Joseph's freshman Kevin Richardson (Coventry, CT) has earned GNAC Golf Rookie of the Week honors for the second time this season.
Richardson placed 6th overall and was the top SJC performer with a 78 (40-38) card in the University of New England Invitational on Thursday, October 7th.
Richardson, who garnered conference top rookie honors on September 27th as well, has posted three sub-80 rounds so far this fall and has paced the Monks linkers in three tournaments this season.
Saint Joseph's will compete in the Southern Maine Cup, played in a scramble format, on Friday, October 15th at Sable Oaks Golf Course in South Portland.
