2014-15: Participated in six indoor and one outdoor event as a senior…placed fifth with a 7.12m effort in the shot put at Southern Maine on January 4th…also finished third in the weight throw (5.75m) that day…was 10th and 11th in the shot put (6.41m) and weight throw (5.14m), respectively, at Bates College on January 17th…placed 10th in the weight throw (5.31m) and 15th in the shot (6.81m) at USM on January 31st…competed in the 200-Meter (45.01, 28th) and 60-Meter (12.01, 23rd) at the Maine State Championship on February 7th…capped his collegiate career by competing in a pair of events at the Wesleyan College Spring Break Invitational, placing 32nd in the shot put (7.32m) and 48th in the 100-Meter (20.74)…competed in 41 individual events overall during his three seasons. 

2013-14: Participated in four indoor meets and three outdoor events as a junior…posted fourth and seventh-place finishes in the weight throw (6.10m) and shot put (6.83m) at Bowdoin College on December 7th…capped the indoor season by placing 12th with a 6.98m effort in the shot put at the Maine State Championship on February 1st…finished 10th in the discus throw (16.33) at the Wesleyan University Classic on April 5th and posted a personal best 17.20m effort in the same event at the George Davis Invitational a week later.

2012-13: Competed in four indoor and three outdoor meets as a sophomore…placed 12th in the shot put with a 7.49m effort at Bowdoin College on December 8th…posted 14th-place finishes in the shot put (6.60m) and weight throw (4.98m) at Bates College on January 19th…participated in the shot put and weight throw events at the Maine State Championship on February 2nd, placing 17th (6.91m) and 18th (5.55m), respectively…placed 12th in the shot put (6.40m) and 14th in the discus throw (17.18m) at the Outdoor Maine State Championship on April 20th.

High School: Played four years of football for Jason Perkins and John Carver at Noble High School...was an offensive and defensive tackle during his freshman and sophomore years and tight end/safety his junior and senior years...participated in track and field for Rodney Brown...competed in the discus, shot put and 1600 meter race-walk...averaged three points per meet...made it to SMAA Championships all four years in the 1600 meter race-walk.
