GNAC All-Academic: 2016

2014: Participated in nine events as a junior…was 63rd of 145 runners with a 29:49 time in the UNE Invitational on September 13th…posted the second-best time of his collegiate career – 29:09 – and placed 175th out of 255 runners in the UMass.-Dartmouth Invitational a week later…finished 27th out of 73 participants in the Runnin’ Monks Invitational on October 11th…placed 31st with a 31:20 effort in the GNAC Championship on November 1st…posted a 29:52 performance in the ECAC Championship a week later, good for 209th place overall…finished his junior year by placing 314th out of 373 runners with a 31:14 time in the NCAA Regional on November 15th.

2013: Ran in seven events as a sophomore…opened the season with a personal-best 6K time (22:27) to place seventh overall against University of New England at home on August 31st…placed 57th out of 123 runners with a 30:19 performance in the UNE Invitational on September 14th…was 44th with a 32:48 effort in the GNAC Championship on November 2nd…posted a 31:06 time to place 250th of 327 athletes in the ECAC Championship a week later…capped his sophomore season with a 31:29 performance and 318th-place finish in the NCAA DIII New England Championship on November 16th.

2012: Ran in all nine of the Monks’ events as a freshman…finished as the team’s #2 runner in three races and was the #3 runner in a pair of events…began his NCAA career with a 23:40 effort in the team’s head to head 6K race versus University of New England in Standish on September 1st…placed ninth overall and was the second Monks runner to cross the finish line that day…finished 25th out of 88 runners with a personal-best 28:15 time in the Rivier University Invitational on September 21st…placed 30th out of 85 participants with a 31:19 performance in the Keene State College Invitational on September 29th…recorded a respectable 30:37 time and placed 104th overall in the Maine State Championship on October 13th…finished 260th (33:57) in the ECAC Championship on November 3rd and capped the season by placing 305th (32:10) in the NCAA Regional Championship.
