Standish, ME - The SJC volleyball team earned a well-deserved 3-1 victory over the visiting Maine-Farmington Beavers tonight. St. Joe's moves to 3-11 overall with the 30-21, 19-30, 30-26, 30-22 win.
GNAC Volleyball Player of the Week SO Monique Lajoie (Nashua, NH) had a team-high 11 kills, a pair of service aces and added 11 digs. SO Marcie Gowan (Plymouth, NH) had 16 assists, 4 service aces and 11 digs while FY Mary Hoyt (Rochester, NH) recorded 6 kills, 7 service aces and 15 digs.
The Monks play a trimatch at Babson College with Newbury College on Saturday, September 29th at 2:30 and 4:30PM.
