Biddeford, ME - Saint Joseph's College fell victim
to the University of New England Nor'easters, 3-0
(30-22,30-19,30-16) on Thursday. The Nor'easters continue to prove
that there is no cooking like home cooking, as they have now won an
incredible 14 consecutive home matches.
FY Mary Hoyt (Rochester, N.H.) paced the Monks
with six kills and 14 digs, while setter SO Monique
Lajoie (Nashua, N.H.) dished out 16 assists. SR
Brooke Perry (Biddeford, Maine) recorded three
aces for St. Joe's, which heads to Albertus Magnus College Saturday
for a GNAC tri-match with Emmanuel College.
