2012: Ran in all nine of the Monks’ events as a freshman…earned GNAC Rookie of the Year and All-Conference accolades…selected as the GNAC Rookie of the Week on October 15th and claimed Honor Roll mention on September 10th…kicked off her career with a third-place finish (21:38) in the Monks’ head-to-head meet versus University of New England on September 1st…was the team’s #2 finisher and placed 18th out of 125 runners with a 22:03 effort in the UNE Invitational a week later…raced to a 17th-place finish (20:07) in the Rivier University Invitational on September 21st…posted a 20:24 time and finished 14th of 85 participants in the Keene State College Invitational on September 29th…finished 38 seconds off the pace and was fourth overall (21:58) in the Runnin’ Monks Invitational on October 6th…registered a personal-best 19:41 time and was 32nd of 154 runners in the Maine State Championship a week later…posted a 20:17 effort and was third of 143 runners in the GNAC Championship on October 27th…was the first rookie runner to cross the finish line and collected GNAC Rookie of the Year honors - the third year in a row that an SJC runner has collected the award - and also earned All-GNAC mention with the top-10 finish…finished 70th of 284 participants with a 25:11 time in the ECAC Championship on November 3rd…was the Monks’ top finisher that day…recorded a personal-best 6K time (24:47) and placed 157th out of 353 runners in the NCAA DIII New England Regional Championship on November 10th.

High School: Ran varsity cross country for Burnt Hills High School for two years and raced at sectionals one year…swam on the varsity swim team for three years…competed in sectionals three years and qualified for states in the medley relay…also participated in outdoor track…earned Spartan Award, Most Improved Swimmer and Hardest Worker honors.

Personal: Lauren Alisha Rabideau, born November 22, 1994 in Albany New York…daughter of Mary and Duane Rabideau…majoring in Nursing.
