Originally built in the late 1980’s, the cross country course was redesigned in 2006 by former cross country coach Tom Dann. The course is built within the woods of the campus and offers many challenging obstacles. It has many different routes, which create two different courses for the men and woman. Also, included in the trail, is “Monks Misery”, known by many as the most challenging part of the course, which goes around Lakeside field and has many hard turns and steep hills that challenge even the most skilled runner.
