Dostie Chosen as GNAC Runner of the Week

STANDISH, ME – The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) weekly honors have been released and Saint Joseph's College junior Amber Dostie (Standish, Maine) has been chosen as the Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week.

Making her first appearance of the season, Dostie was the Monks' top runner and placed 57th overall with a 21:30 effort in the Keene State College Invitational on Saturday. The weekly conference honor is the 11th of her career as the two-time GNAC Runner of the Year has claimed eight runner of the week accolades and three rookie of the week awards over two-plus seasons.

Saint Joseph's will host the Runnin' Monks Invitational on Saturday. The women's race begins at 11:00 AM.
