2019: Raced in six of eight events coming back for her sophomore year... placing 23rd to start the season she ran a 23:11 at the Colby-Sawyer Invitational (5k) on August 31st... running a season personal best in the 5k Allen placed 191 out of 263 runners finishing in 22:39 on September 19th... in her first 6k of the season she ran in the Runnin' Monks Invitational (6k) placing 52nd with a finishing time of 29:39 on October 12th.

2018: Raced in seven of seven events as a freshman…was in the team’s top five finished six times…fished 14th at the SJC Early Bird (5k) on September 1st with a time of 21:21…a week later at the UMass.-Dartmouth Invitational (5k) Allen finished with a time of 21:28 coming in 171st out of 318 runners…On October 6th at the Runnin’ Monks Invitational came in 26th with a time of 22:29…had her best time at the Green Mountain Invitational (5k) placing 10th in the time of 21:02…at the GNAC Championship (5k) she came in 15th overall with a time of 21:48 on October 28th…competed at the NCAA Regional (6k) on November 10th placed 231st out of 399 runners with a time of 25:44.

High School: Competed in three years of Cross Country for Garret Martin and Amy Burgess at Lincoln Academy, Competing in KVAC's all three years and States two out of three years...garnered KVAC All-Conference Senior Year, and Placed 12th at the 2017 Class B Cross Country Regionals Senior Year...listed on the high honor roll all four years, was Valedictorian of the class of 2018...also competed in indoor and outdoor track, attained Class B KVAC title in the Two Mile during indoor track in 2017.

Personal: Emma Rose Allen, born in Portland, Maine...daughter of Andrew and Cynthia Allen...majoring in Exercise Science Pre-Physical Therapy.
