Raced in all eight events in her second season of college cross country... started the season with a 22:43 in The Colby-Sawyer Invitational on August 31st placing 14th overall... she ran a 5k season-best two weeks later at the UNE Invitational with a time of 21:56 for a 51st finish... Heroux ran a 27:04 in the Runnin' Monks Invitational (6k) to finish 26th out of 93 runners on October 12th... a week later on October 19th he ran a 22:05 to finish 75th out of 202 runners in the Suffolk Invitational (5k)... with a 26:56 finish she placed 25th in the GNAC Championship (6k) on November 2nd... ending the season with a 6k personal best she ran a 26:02 in the NCAA Regional Championship on November 16th placing 248 out of a field of 399 runners. 

2018: Raced in all seven events as a freshman…placed in the top ten finishes on the team in all seven races…came in 23rd at the UNE Invitational (5k) on September 8th with a time of 22:15…placed 33rd at the Runnin’ Monks Invitational (5k) crossing the finish line at 23:19…had her best time a week later at the Green Mountain Invitational with a time of 21:45 coming in 16th out of 71 runners…placed 32nd at the GNAC Championship (5k) with a time of 23:06 on October 28th…competed at the NCAA Regional (6k) on November 10th placing 301st with a time of 27:15

High School: Ran three years of varsity cross country for Susan Carlson and John Menna at Lincoln High School, making States her junior and senior year...listed on the honor roll all four years...also ran track and field making New England’s in Indoor Track for the 4x800 meter race.
