2011: Ran in seven events as a senior…saw his times drop in nearly every race…started the year by placing 66th with a 38:33 effort in the UNE Invitational on September 10th…closed out the season with a career-best 29:56 time in the 2012 NCAA New England Championships on November 12th…finished 43rd out of 100 runners with a 31:08 effort in the conference championship…capped his career having competed in 28 events over four seasons.

2010: Participated in five events as a junior…placed 53rd in the GNAC Championship with a 34:34 effort on October 30th.

2009: Participated in seven of ten events...ran a season best 31:45 at the Rivier Invite on September 25th...placed second for the Monks in six out of seven events...ran an average mile of 6:39.

2008: Competed in nine events for the Monks...placed 18th in the Runnin' Monks Invitational on October 11th...posted a personal-best time of 30:37 in the State of Maine Championship on October 18th.

High School: Qualified for states as a junior and senior at Thornton Academy...named to the All-Academic Team.
