Pelletier Earns Second Consecutive GNAC Weekly Honor

STANDISH, Maine – The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) weekly honors have been released and Saint Joseph's College sophomore Jacob Pelletier (Augusta, Maine) has been selected as the GNAC Men's Cross Country Rookie of the Week for the second-consecutive reporting period.

Pelletier, who claimed GNAC Rookie and Runner of the Week honors last week, takes home top rookie acclaim after winning his second race in as many weeks with a 27:57 time in the 8K Ron Ouellette Invitational, hosted by the University of New England, on Saturday. His effort helped the Monks finish second as a team in the annual event.

Saint Joseph's is back in action this Saturday when the men's and women's teams compete in the UMass.-Dartmouth Invitational.
