2012: Competed in eight events as a sophomore…posted a personal-best 25:01 6K time and placed 16th overall in the team’s head to head 6K race versus University of New England in Standish on September 1st…was the Monks’ #3 runner that day…added a personal-best 30:14 8K effort at the Rivier University Invitational on September 21st…finished 47th out of 88 runners and was the third-fastest SJC runner that afternoon…placed 114th with a 31:17 performance at the Maine State Championship on October 13th…participated in the GNAC Championship meet and placed 65th with a 33:13 time…capped the season by placing 317th with a 32:40 effort in the NCAA Regional Championship on November 10th.
2011: Ran in nine competitions as a freshman…posted a personal-best 33:38 time and placed 50th out of 79 runners in the Rivier College Invitational on September 23rd…finished 67th out of 100 runners with a 34:03 performance in the 2012 GNAC Championship at Franklin Park in Boston on October 29th.
High School: Ran cross country for four years at Cushing Academy...selected as a captain his senior year...ran a personal best 19:30 for a 5K course... also played four years of basketball and four years of baseball.
