2014: Competed in nine events as a senior captain…posted three top-15 finishes, including an eighth-place effort with a 22:16 time in the Monks Early Bird 6K on August 30th…finished 32nd out of 145 runners with a 28:30 performance in the UNE Invitational on September 13th…was 123rd out of 255 participants with a 27:58 time – the fourth-fastest of his NCAA career – in the UMass.-Dartmouth Invitational on September 20th…finished eighth with a 29:39 effort in the Runnin’ Monks Invitational on October 11th…narrowly missed All-Conference honors with a 12th-place finish, and a 29:32 time, in the GNAC Championship, which was hosted by Saint Joseph’s on November 1st…placed 128th out of 303 total runners wit ha 28:18 time in the ECAC Championship on November 8th…capped his career by placing 235th out of 373 runners with a 29:35 effort in the NCAA New England Championship on November 15th…raced in 33 events over his four years with one individual victory and 13 top-15 finishes.

2013: Raced in nine events as a junior captain…kicked off the season by placing ninth out of 33 runners with a 22:40 effort versus University of New England at home on August 31st…narrowly missed All-Conference honors with a 12th-place finish after touring the 8K Saint Joseph’s course in 29:35 in the GNAC Championship on November 2nd…finished 110th out of 327 runners with a 28:20 time in the ECAC Championship on November 9th...closed out the season by placing 172nd out of 366 runners in the NCAA DIII New England Championship on November 16th.

2012: Ran in eight events for the Monks as a sophomore…was the team’s top finisher in seven races and placed in the top-20 on five occasions…opened the season with a 30:54 effort in the UNE Invitational on September 8th - a time that was good for a 19th-place finish overall…went on to record a personal-best 26:32 effort in the Rivier University Invitational on September 21st and placed 8th out of 88 runners that day…finished 15th with a 28:57 time in the Keene State College Invitational on September 29th…notched his first collegiate top finish with a 29:24 effort in the Runnin’ Monks Invitational on October 6th…his victory was the first for an SJC male runner since Ryan Prescott ’09 won the GNAC Championship meet on November 1st, 2008…placed 53rd out of 154 runners with a 27:55 time in the 2012 Maine State Championship on October 13th…raced to a 20th-place finish with a 28:22 effort in the GNAC Championship at Rivier on October 27th…was the Monks’ top finisher in the ECAC and NCAA Regional Championships…placed 94th out of 287 runners with a 28:57 time in the ECAC meet on November 3rd and finished 169th out of 351 participants with a 28:12 effort in the NCAA Regional event on November 10th…earned GNAC Runner of the Week accolades on September 24th and October 8th and was listed on the GNAC Weekly Honor Roll on October 15th.

2011: Competed in seven meets as a freshman…finished as the top SJC runner in four events and second in three others…notched four top-10 finishes…kicked off his collegiate career by placing seventh with a 22:39 effort in the 6K UMF Invitational on September 3rd…recorded his best 8K time of the year when he finished seventh in the Rivier College Invitational with a 27:53 performance…finished third out of 31 athletes with a 30:23 effort in the Colby College Invitational on October 1st…placed ninth with a 29:27 time in the Runnin’ Monks Invitational on October 8th…selected as the GNAC Rookie of the Week on September 12th and listed on the GNAC Weekly Honor Roll on September 26th, October 3rd and October 10th. 

High School: Ran four years of cross country, three years of outdoor track, and two years of indoor track at Pinkerton Academy in Derry, NH...posted a personal best in cross country his senior year with a 17:06 in the 5k...competed at the New Hampshire state meet his senior year of indoor track as part of the 4x800m relay team...posted a personal best of 10:31 in the 2 mile during senior year of outdoor track.
