GNAC All-Academic: (2014, 2015)

2014: Raced in four events as a senior…placed 31st (26:51) in the Monks Early Bird 6K on August 30th, 120th (33:56) in the UNE Invitational on September 13th, 234th (33:55) in the UMass.-Dartmouth Invitational on September 20th, and 142nd (37:06) in the Purple Valley Classic on September 27th…competed in 31 events during his collegiate career.

2013: Ran in 10 races as a junior…began the year with a 26:35 time and subsequent 29th-place finish versus University of New England on the Saint Joseph’s course on August 31st… recorded a 33:14 performance at Bowdoin College on September 28th…placed 78th of 120 runners with a 33:05 effort in the Runnin’ Monks Invitational on October 12th…also participated in the ECAC (33:25) and NCAA (33:37) regional championships, posting 298th and 345th place finishes, respectively.

2012: Competed in eight events as a sophomore…posted a personal-best 25:01 6K time and placed 16th overall in the team’s head to head 6K race versus University of New England in Standish on September 1st…was the Monks’ #3 runner that day…added a personal-best 30:14 8K effort at the Rivier University Invitational on September 21st…finished 47th out of 88 runners and was the third-fastest SJC runner that afternoon…placed 114th with a 31:17 performance at the Maine State Championship on October 13th…participated in the GNAC Championship meet and placed 65th with a 33:13 time…capped the season by placing 317th with a 32:40 effort in the NCAA Regional Championship on November 10th.

2011: Ran in nine competitions as a freshman…posted a personal-best 33:38 time and placed 50th out of 79 runners in the Rivier College Invitational on September 23rd…finished 67th out of 100 runners with a 34:03 performance in the 2012 GNAC Championship at Franklin Park in Boston on October 29th. 

High School: Ran cross country for four years at Cushing Academy...selected as a captain his senior year...ran a personal best 19:30 for a 5K course...also played four years of basketball and four years of baseball.
