Monks Compete in Husson University Relay Carnival

BANGOR, Maine – The Saint Joseph's College men's and women's swimming teams competed in the Husson University Relay Carnival on Saturday. The event, which featured athletes from St. Joe's, Husson, Maine Maritime Academy, and the University of Maine swim club, was of the non-scoring variety.

WOMEN'S RESULTS:

MIXED RESULTS:

  • Shawn Perry (Plaistow, N.H.), Twombly, Lucas Fendl (Ellsworth, Maine) and Podsiadlo finished fourth in the 400-Medley relay (4:26.47)
  • Perry, Fendl, Matthews and Podsiadlo raced to a third-place finish in the 400-Free relay (3:53.21)
