Hutchins Tabbed as GNAC Rookie of the Week

STANDISH, Maine – The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) weekly honors have been released and Saint Joseph's College freshman Berkley Hutchins (Springfield, Vt.) has claimed GNAC Women's Swimming Rookie of the Week accolades for the second time this winter.

Hutchins easily won the 50-Free (27.00) and 200-Breast (2:44.19) events and finished second in the 100-Back (1:07.72) at Husson University on Friday. She also swam a leg for the Monks' winning 200-Medley relay quartet (2:02.93).

The freshman standout was first named as the GNAC Rookie of the Week on October 16th.

Saint Joseph's will host Maine Maritime Academy on Saturday at 12:00 PM.
