SJC Swimming Class of 2027 Announced

SJC Swimming Class of 2027 Announced

STANDISH, Maine – Head Coach Jared Felker is pleased to announce the women's swimming Class of 2027.

Coach Felker's recruiting class features five swimmers who figure to help bolster the Monks' chances in the 2024 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Swimming & Diving Championship. The SJC women return all but one swimmer – departed senior Anna Walker – from a team that placed fourth in the 2023 GNAC Championship.

"I am really excited about our incoming class," adds Coach Felker. "We only lost one swimmer to graduation last year (we will miss you, Anna!). The five young women coming in add some high-end speed in the breaststroke, fly, and sprint freestyle events, as well as much needed depth in our middle distance and distance free events. It should be a fun year!"
