Saint Joseph's Two Strokes Down Heading into Round Two of GNAC Championship

HAMDEN, Conn. – Saint Joseph's College sits in second place with a 330 team card through 18 holes in the 2021-22 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Men's Golf Championship, which is being played at the New Haven Country Club.

Defending champion Albertus Magnus College heads into day two as the leader by two strokes with a 328 team score. Charles Kristofak and Ryan Sember lead the Falcons with 77 and 79 cards, respectively, and are the only two players with sub-80 scores through 18 holes.

Play concludes tomorrow with the Monks and Falcons paired together for the final round. The St. Joe's and Albertus pairings tee off at 10:50 AM, 11:00 AM, and 11:10 AM.
