    BRUNSWICK, ME – Saint Joseph’s placed 46th with 1370 team points in the 2011 NCAA DIII New England 8K Men’s Cross Country Championship on Saturday. Faisal Abdillahi ’14 (Lewiston, Maine) paced the Monks with a 28:21.37 effort and finished 192nd overall.

    LEWISTON, ME – The SJC men’s cross country team placed ninth with 257 points in the 2011 Maine Men’s College Cross Country Championship 8K on Saturday afternoon. Sophomore Faisal Abdillahi (Lewiston, Maine) paced the Monks with a 29:35 time and finished 70th overall.

    BIDDEFORD, ME – The SJC men’s cross country team participated in the 8K University of New England Invitational meet at Rotary Park on Saturday. The Monks did not score due to an injury suffered by one of the team’s five runners.

    FARMINGTON, ME – The Saint Joseph’s College men’s cross country team placed fourth with 119 points in the University of Maine at Farmington Invitational today at Mt. Blue High School. Rookie runner Joe DiSalvo (Derry, N.H.) paced the Monks with a 22:39 effort to place seventh overall in the eight-team event.
