High School: Ran cross country and track for four years at Westbrook High School...listed on the SMAA All-Academic Team senior year...honor roll all four years...also played basketball freshman year.

2018: Raced in seven of seven events…placed 18th on September 1st in the SJC Early Bird (5k) with a time of 20:00…a week later fished in 26th place at the UNE (8k) coming in with a time of 30:50…on September 29th Whitlock came in 137th out of 223 and finished with a time of 30:28…at the GNAC Championship (8k) with a time of 31:28 he placed 31:28 on October 28th

2017: Raced in all seven events as a freshman…began his collegiate career with 24th place finish at the UMF Invitational (5k) on September 2nd with a time of 19:12…on September 16th at the Bowdoin Invitational (8k) he raced to a 60th place finish with a time of 30:58…at the Purple Valley Classic (8k) on September 23rd finished 296th after a time of 31:50…at the Runnin’ Monk (8k) on October 7th he finished 11th with a time of 31:49…on October 14th at the Maine State Championship he raced to a 75th place finish with a time of 30:18…at the GNAC Championship on October 28th he raced to a 24th place finish after a time of 30:37…on November 11th athe the New England Championships on November 11th he raced to a 251st place finish with a 30:21 time.
