Eaton Tabbed as GNAC Runner of the Week

STANDISH, ME – Saint Joseph's College junior Heather Eaton (Lincolnville, Maine) has been selected as the GNAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week.

Eaton raced to a 10th place finish with a 20:08 effort in the University of New England Invitational on Saturday. The second-year runner was 51 seconds off the pace in the event, which featured 137 participants.

For Eaton, the runner of the week honor is the first of her career. She claimed GNAC Honor Roll mention on September 2nd and was named as the GNAC Rookie of the Week twice last fall.

Saint Joseph's will compete in the USM Invitational on Saturday at Narragansett Elementary School in Gorham.
