2016-17: Competed in 24 individual events during her freshman campaign..finished in second place in the 100M-Fly with a time of 1:18.78 at Husson University on October 29th, 2016...raced to two second place finishes at Elms College in the 50M-Free with a time of 29.34 and in the 100IM with a time of 1:16.51 on November 5th, 2016...also finished second in the 50M-Fly with a time of 32.50 at Regis College on November 18th, 2016...had third place finishes in the 50M-Breast at Regis College with a time of 37.19, University of New England with a time of 39.03 and Husson University with a time of 36.70.

High School: Participated as a varsity swimmer all four years for Christian Niven and Tylar Braunschweig at Massabesic High School…advanced to states her last three years...selected as a team captain her senior year...participated in eleven years of club swimming for Martha LaRiviere at Sanford YMCA Titans...also participated in cross country and track and field.

Personal: Autumn Nostrom, born in Norwood Massachusetts...daughter of Gary and Tammy Nostrom...majoring in Medical Biology Pre-Med.
