2014: Competed in eight events as a senior…opened the season with a runner-up finish, and 20:41 effort, in the Monks Early Bird at Saint Joseph’s on August 30th…posted consecutive sub-20 times with a ninth-place (19:36) at UNE on September 13th and a 19:05 time – the third-fastest of her career, which was good for 32nd out of 272 runners at UMass.-Dartmouth on September 20th…clinched the Runnin’ Monks Invitational crown with a 20:52 effort…kicked off the championship circuit with a 25th-place finish (20:50) at the Maine State Championship on October 18th…placed third in the GNAC Championship, held at Saint Joseph’s, with a 21:02 time and garnered All-Conference honors for the fourth-consecutive season…was 54th out of 338 runners with a 24:08 effort in the ECAC Championship (6K) on November 8th and capped her career by placing 95th out of 387 participants with a 24:11 time in the NCAA DIII New England Regional Championship on November 15th…capped her career having competed in 27 total events with eight victories and 15 top-10 performances overall…posted sub-20 times in eight different races…leaves the program owning six of the top-10 times in the history of SJC Women’s Cross Country, a list that includes the top overall effort (18:30) and three of the best four performances all-time...finished as the top SJC runner in all but one event during her collegiate career.

2013: Raced in six events and paced the Monks in all six races…opened her season with a 20:52 effort, good for third out of 120 runners in the Runnin’ Monks Invitational on October 12th…proceeded to place 22nd out of 121 runners in the Maine State Championship a week later…won the GNAC Championship for the third-consecutive season with a 20:32 effort on the SJC course on November 2nd…posted a 23:48 time and 33rd-place finish in the 6K ECAC Championship a week later…wrapped up the season with a 22:50 effort in the 6K NCAA DIII New England Championship on November 16th…earned GNAC Runner of the Week honors four times and collected All-Conference accolades for the third-consecutive season.

2012: Raced in six events as a sophomore…won three meets and placed in the top 10 in five races…finished as the Monks’ #1 in all six meets in which she competed…recorded four of the five fastest times in program history during the 2012 season, including the top effort in the team’s history: an 18:30 effort in the Maine State Championship on October 13th…claimed the GNAC Championship crown, as well as GNAC Runner of the Year accolades, for the second-consecutive season after posting a 19:19 time in the conference meet on October 27th at Rivier University…opened the season with a 20:49 time in the team’s head to head 6K race versus University of New England in Standish on September 1st…topped the 34-runner field with a 20:49 effort that day…proceeded to win the Rivier University Invitational, an event which features several NCAA DII institutions, with an 18:33 performance on September 21st…placed as the runner-up in the Keene State College Invitational with a 19:11 time the following weekend…finished seventh out of 154 runners in the Maine Championship with her program-record time on October 13th…registered the fastest 6K time (22:47) in team history en route to placing 49th out of 353 runners in the NCAA Regional Championship on November 10th…claimed GNAC Runner of the Week honors four times (9/10, 9/24, 10/1, 10/15) and was selected as the ECAC Runner of the Week on October 1st.

2011: Competed in seven meets as a freshman…paced the Monks in all seven races with three overall top finishes and a runner-up performance…posted a runner-up finish with a 19:32 time in her first collegiate meet, the Rivier College Invitational on September 23rd…her effort was the second-fastest 5K time by an SJC runner over the past 12 seasons…won the Colby College Invitational a week later with a 20:25 time…also won the Runnin’ Monks Invitational with a 20:10 performance on October 8th…placed 13th with a 20:01 time in the Maine State Championship on October 15th…collected GNAC Runner and Rookie of the Year accolades after winning the GNAC Championship meet with a 19:45 effort at Franklin Park in Boston on October 29th…finished 11th with a 23:31 in the 6K ECAC Championship meet on November 5th and capped the year by placing 68th with a 23:26 performance in the 6K NCAA New England Regional Championship a week later…collected three GNAC Runner of the Week accolades and a trio of GNAC Rookie of the Week honors during her first college season…also selected as the 2012 SJC Athletics Female Newcomer of the Year. 

High School: Participated in varsity cross country and indoor/outdoor track for Greg Wilkinson at Bonny Eagle High School...ran 5:09 for the mile and 2:18 in the 800...State Champion in the 800 as a senior...ran low 20's for the 5k in cross-country.
